Wonderful experience with Cipparone & Cipparone on my condo closing. My realtor had automatically set me up with a different closing company. I decided to shop around to ensure I was getting fair rates, etc. Cipparone was one of the companies I found online and from the very beginning I found them to be responsive, fair, and extremely honest. Cipparone's quote to me was much less than the one my realtor had set me up with as there were several lines/fees that Cipparone wasn't quoting me on. I asked about that and Cipparone told me I didn't need those for a condo. THANK YOU Cipparone for the honesty. Right there, it made me realize I needed to use Cipparone & Cipparone. Then, while working with Cipparone through the closing process, I've had the pleasure of working with Debbie in their office. So nice, kind, and helpful. A complete joy. I am in the process of Selling my Business. Not an easy process and hope never to repeated. Ryan Cipparone has been one of the best decision I have made in my 40 year business career. It was obvious from the start he was extremely knowledgeable and truly caring thru the process that I was ultimately protected in all parts of the Purchase Agreement. Though I am located in Washington State and he in Florida, it had no affect in communication. Deadlines (requiring him to work Sundays) were met and his collaborative approach made me feel we were part of a team.
