Calvin Harding
Calvin is a long time resident of Seminole County and represents clients in all aspects of transactional real estate and business matters including the preparation, review and negotiation of contracts, leases, development documents, corporate formation documents and lender financing documents. Calvin also represents commercial condo associations throughout the Central Florida area. In addition to his law practice, Cal has acted as a title agent and operations manager for a title company.


Cal graduated summa cum laude and as Valedictorian from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science and Administration in Accounting in 1991. Following his undergraduate work at UCF, Cal received his M.B.A. from the University of Central Florida in 1992. Upon receiving his M.B.A., Cal attended the University of Florida, Levin College of Law where he graduated with honors. While in law school, Cal was a Legal Research and Writing, as well as Appellate Advocacy, Teaching Fellow.

Law experience

Prior to joining Cipparone & Cipparone, P.A., Cal acted as general counsel for a large real estate developer addressing and providing advice on a wide range of issues pertaining to real estate matters. Of significance, Cal provided legal advice and acted as lead counsel in the development and construction of Park Place at Heathrow, a mixed-use center in Lake Mary, Florida that was valued in excess of $12,000,000.00. Further, Cal was legal counsel and had an integral role for a developer in the purchase of The Shoppes at Oakmonte, The Village at Hunter’s Creek and Mills Park. The monetary value of these developments exceeded $65,000,000.00.

Cal is an active member of the Florida Bar and also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Tax Law Section of the Florida Bar. Further, Cal is part of the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors.

In Cal’s spare time, he enjoys playing tennis and golf.
