Wonderful experience with Cipparone & Cipparone on my condo closing. My... realtor had automatically set me up with a different closing company. I decided to shop around to ensure I was getting fair rates, etc. Cipparone was one of the companies I found online and from the very beginning I found them to be responsive, fair, and extremely honest. Cipparone's quote to me was much less than the one my realtor had set me up with as there were several lines/fees that Cipparone wasn't quoting me on.
